Solo performance using body art and intensive internal enquiry, just over three hours with an A4 painting and 01:14:53 audible film as it's resultant documentation. Responding to the stimulus of the self, and used as a learning opportunity for growing an understanding of the relationship between maker and outcome, professional practice and personal living.
